Job Brief:
Naaval Properties is looking for a Head of Finance with strong real estate accounting knowledge. You will handle project cash flows, cost tracking, tax planning, and regulatory compliance for our property development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Flow: Manage project-wise fund inflows (milestones) and construction outflows.
- Accounting: Finalize Balance Sheets, P&L; statements, and project costing.
- RERA Compliance: Manage RERA escrow accounts and formal fund withdrawals.
- Taxation: Oversee GST filing (with real estate ITC rules), TDS, and Income Tax.
- Banking: Coordinate project loans, overdraft limits, and bank guarantees.
- Audits: Direct internal and statutory financial audits smoothly.

Requirements:
- Education: CA / CMA / MBA Finance.




- Experience: 12+ years in Finance (Minimum 5 years in Real Estate / Construction).
- Skills: Expert knowledge of Real Estate GST, RERA rules, and Tally Prime / Excel.
- Traits: Sharp cost-tracking focus and leadership skills.
