Legal Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, lease deeds, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation and legal notices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in due diligence, compliance audits, and corporate governance activities.
- Maintain legal records, contract repositories, and compliance trackers.
- Support intellectual property documentation and renewals.

Requirements:
- LLB from a recognized university (LLM preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate legal or compliance.
- Robust knowledge of Contract Law, Companies Act, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred: Experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Wholesale sectors.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
