Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete accounting and finance operations of the company.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.
- Handle budgeting, cash flow, banking, and fund management.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
- Monitor internal controls and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Tally ERP/Prime
- MS Excel
- GST
- TDS
- Financial reporting
- Analytical skills
- Leadership skills
- Communication skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
