Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote CT/PT transformer products.
- Identify current business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Visit clients, consultants, electrical contractors, OEMs, and distributors to promote products.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Current Transformers (CT), Potential Transformers (PT),



and related electrical products.
- Understanding of power distribution systems and electrical industry standards.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Business Administration/Marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales of CT/PT transformers or related electrical equipment.
- Experience working with transformer manufacturers or electrical equipment companies.
- Existing network with utilities, EPC contractors, switchgear manufacturers, or industrial customers is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00
