Job Description - IT Executive

Position: IT Executive

Company: DECG Group

Location: Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month

Experience:3 Years

Industry Preference:Manufacturing Industry

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network security.
- Handle user account creation, access management, and password resets.
- Maintain data backup, antivirus protection, and system security.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC services.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and minimize system downtime.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware.




- Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches).
- Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of data backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience as an IT Executive or IT Support Engineer.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support tasks.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
