Senior Test Engineer:
Location: Kolkata, India | Hybrid - 2 Days in the Office

About the Role:
The Test Engineer is responsible for writing code and scripts, identifying tools for functional and non-functional tests, and contributing to automated test frameworks that ensure the delivery of high-quality software and products. You'll design test plans, procedures, and scripts to accurately assess recent products and updates in accordance with product requirements and department quality standards.

With 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering, you'll bring deep technical expertise — particularly in Selenium — to lead complex testing initiatives, drive automation innovation, and serve as a trusted advisor across engineering teams. You'll collaborate with cross-functional groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, and software modifications, while contributing to the continuous evolution of the build pipeline.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.:




- Develop and maintain complex integration, functional, and non-functional tests and automated test frameworks across teams — leveraging Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and JUnit — to ensure the holistic quality of the software.
- Lead and maintain the implementation of the delivery pipeline using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, including test automation frameworks, build environments, test environments, and security integrations.
- Lead the verification of system functionality by executing complex automated and manual tests; analyze results, create and manage performance metrics, defects, enhancements, test cases, and test results within Jira while providing actionable recommendations.
- Operate as a trusted advisor on testing issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging 10+ years of expertise and best practice knowledge — identifying and implementing better test tools and automation methodologies including
