Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in hospital insurance billing, medical billing, or healthcare revenue cycle management
- Experience with hospital billing software and MS Office is preferred

Responsibilities
- Process insurance claims accurately and submit them within stipulated timelines.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage details.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve claim queries and payment issues.
- Follow up on pending, rejected, or denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate billing records and related documentation.
- Collaborate with front office, billing,



and clinical departments to ensure complete and accurate claim information.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance regulations.
- Prepare billing reports and assist in revenue cycle management activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
- Demonstrate solid communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
