Job Title:Customer Care Executive - Aesthetic & Wellness

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities (Customer Engagement & Appointment Management)
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients for appointment bookings, follow-ups, feedback collection, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding treatments, services, pricing, offers, memberships, and clinic locations.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate client appointments with clinic teams.
- Follow up with missed appointments, consultation leads, and existing clients to ensure maximum conversion and retention.

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Convert inquiries and leads into consultation and treatment bookings.
- Educate clients about aesthetic and wellness services and recommend suitable treatments based on their needs.
- Promote ongoing offers, packages, memberships, and value-added services.
- Achieve assigned targets related to appointments, conversions, revenue generation, and customer retention.

Customer Service & Relationship Management




- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a qualified and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while interacting with clients.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the client journey.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and engagement.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, leads, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Update customer information and treatment interests regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, appointments, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Adhere to company communication standards, policies, and customer service protocols.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Call Center Operations, Healthcare, Beauty, Wellness, or Aesthetic Industry.
