Workday Extend

Customize and extend Workday functionality to meet evolving business requirements

Build dynamic UI components and automated workflows within the Workday Extend platform

Integrate Workday with external systems using APIs and web services

Lead end-to-end testing, deployment, and post-production support activities

Workday Studio

Expert-level design, development, and maintenance of complex integrations using Workday Studio

Debug, optimize, and modernize legacy Studio integrations to improve performance and reliability

Hands-on experience with Core Connectors including PECI, CCW, CCP, CCO, PICOF, and related frameworks

Build and maintain integrations with external enterprise systems, including SAP

Establish and manage integration error monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution processes

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and customize workday studio integrations to streamline data flows and support business processes.

2. Design, build,



and maintain eib (enterprise interface builder) solutions for data migration and system integrations.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for technical solutions and provide recommendations.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the workday environment, ensuring system stability.

5. Conduct testing and validation of workday configurations to guarantee system functionality.

6. Stay updated on workday platform updates and recommend best practices for system optimization.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in workday (technical) workday studio for designing and implementing integrations.

2. Experience in creating and managing workday (technical) eib configurations for data management.

3. Robust understanding of workday data structures and reporting functionalities.
