About the Role

NovaCraft Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Associates/Executives to help expand our client base. You will identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and contribute to the company's growth by promoting our technology services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable technology solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements:




- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of IT services is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in any discipline.
