We are seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter responsible for surface preparation,

spray painting, and finishing of transformer and electrical equipment components. The

Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation
- Clean, sand, grind, and prepare surfaces before painting.
- Remove rust, oil, dust, and contaminants.

Painting Activities
- Perform spray painting of:
- Transformer tanks
- Fabricated components
- Frames
- Accessories and mounting structures
- Sheet metal enclosures
- Panels
- Ensure proper paint thickness and finish quality.

Quality Control
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects.
- Ensure uniform paint coverage and finish.
- Rectify paint defects such as runs, orange peel, pinholes, and uneven coating.

Equipment Maintenance
- Operate and maintain spray guns,



compressors, and painting equipment.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of painting tools.

Safety
- Follow all painting safety procedures.
- Properly use PPE such as masks, gloves, and protective equipment.
- Handle paints, thinners, and chemicals safely.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with industrial spray painting.
- Knowledge of primers, epoxy paints, PU paints, and industrial coatings.
- Ability to achieve high-quality industrial finishes.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
