Key Role & Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development- Drive regional sales for architectural lighting solutions and meet revenue targets.
- Generate and close project-based opportunities through architects, specifiers, and consultants.
- Conduct product presentations, lighting demonstrations, and solution-based meetings with clients.
- Market Networking & Relationship Management- Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and PMC firms.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote the brand.
- Experience Centre Management- Oversee operations and performance of the Experience Centre in the region.




- Ensure the centre showcases products effectively and provides a high-quality client experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain display standards and conduct client walkthroughs.
- Channel Partner & Franchisee Development- Identify, appoint, and manage Channel Partners, Dealers, and Franchisee networks.
- Train and support partners to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
- Monitor channel sales, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships for long-term business.
- Strategic & Operational Responsibilities- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business plans, and market analysis reports.
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new market opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, project support, and client satisfaction.
- Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the lighting industr
