Executive - JCB Backhoe Sales will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, and driving sales of JCB Backhoe Loaders. The role requires regular field visits, customer relationship management, lead follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field activities, references, and market outreach

Identify potential customers including contractors, builders, fleet owners, and equipment users

Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and convert leads into sales

Support customers throughout the purchase process

Coordinate with finance and operations teams for seamless deal execution

Maintain customer data and sales activities in CRM/MIS





Achieve monthly sales and business targets

Collect market feedback and competitor intelligence

Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management
