Key Responsibilities1. Recent Joinee Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end onboarding formalities, including documentation, biometric registration, and office tour.
- Ensure all onboarding activities are completed on the employee's first day of joining.
- Complete employee onboarding and update all records in HROne within two working days.
- Maintain 100% onboarding through the HROne automated onboarding process.
- Conduct and record induction feedback at the 30-60-90 day milestones.

2. Talent Acquisition Support

3. Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics and ensure 100% adherence to the engagement calendar.

4. Training & Development




- Coordinate training logistics, including venue readiness, IT setup, attendance, and required materials.
- Ensure smooth execution of all learning and development programs with 100% training readiness.

5. HRMS (HROne)
- Maintain accurate employee onboarding data and HR records in HROne.
- Ensure zero data errors through timely and accurate system updates.

6. Ad Hoc HR Operations
- Provide operational support across HR activities as required.
- Act as a reliable backup for the Senior HR Executive and ensure consistent adherence to HR processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Complete onboarding formalities on the employee's Day 1.
- Achieve 100% onboarding completion within two working days.
- Maintain 100% onboarding automation through HROne.
- Ensure zero missed 30-60-90 day induction feedbacks.
- Receive positive feedback from hiring panels for interview coordination.
