About the Role:
OBLU Healthcare LLP is looking for enthusiastic and career-driven Sales & Service Engineer Trainees who are eager to build a career in technical sales, customer service, and field engineering.

This role offers hands-on exposure to customer interactions, product demonstrations, equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales support. During the apprenticeship, trainees will work closely with experienced professionals to develop both technical expertise and customer relationship skills.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Final-year students or graduates of B.Tech, B.E., Diploma (Polytechnic), or any other relevant engineering qualification.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and field assignments.

Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.




- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel and work in field-based assignments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities (Sales Responsibilities):
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and digital solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.

Service Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation, commission
