ABOUT THE ROLE

This role requires a self-motivated professional who can independently generate enquiries, convert leads into business, and build long-term relationships with clients across Delhi NCR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business opportunities for HVAC ducting projects and products.
- Develop business with Builders, Developers, Consultants, Architects, PMCs, EPC Contractors, MEP Contractors, and Industrial Clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Identify upcoming commercial, industrial, warehouse, hospital, hotel, and infrastructure projects.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into successful business opportunities.




- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the estimation and project teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
