About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, pricing, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA preferred (Graduates with solid sales skills may also apply).
- 0-2 years of sales experience.

- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle features is preferred.
- Prior experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
- Confident personality with strong convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of cars, vehicle specifications, and the automobile market.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Salary & Benefits
