Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage workflows to ensure processes align with organizational goals and timelines, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless execution of projects and processes, acting as a liaison between departments.
- Analyze and document processes using flowcharts, diagrams, or other tools to identify areas for improvement and maintain process manuals and guidelines.
- Implement process improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide training and support to staff on current processes, tools, or technologies introduced to the workflow.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
