Job Description Summary

Develops and delivers the group-wide supply chain management strategy for own area of accountability through managing supplier relationships in line with Divisional objectives. Understands business strategic requirements and builds partnerships, utilising data to identify trends, and deliver performance quality and continuous improvement to maximise value and minimise risk in the supply chain

Years of Experience - 10+ Years

Manages key client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues or oversees relationship management with a group of more transactional clients and customers.
Delivers required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers and working within an established contract management plan.
Identifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures,



then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management programme with guidance from a project/programme manager.
Delivers outcomes by managing others and working within established systems.
Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.
Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by improving and/or working within an established supplier management plan.
Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or qualified solutions.
Supports internal customers to ensure their needs are met and/or helps senior colleagues manage client relationships.
Grows own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework; provides specialised training or coaching in area of expertise to others th
