Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support when required.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with healthcare regulations.
- Supervise nursing assistants and support staff when required.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration/Licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS, Prometric,
dataflow needed only after selection.
- Min 1.5 years Experience as clinical nurse after registration.
