Job Title: Senior Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Location: Vandalur, Chennai
Openings: 2 (Any graduates)
Experience: 3+ Years (Sales/Customer Support)
Salary: (₹ 20000- ₹35,000/month )+ Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Train and guide junior CREs/CROs.
- Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
- Strong customer service and sales experience.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
Language : English & Tamil, Hindi (Telugu are added advantage)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
