Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and hire high-performing sales professionals.
- Aggressive Headhunting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and local networks to build a robust pipeline of passive sales talent.
- Market Intelligence: Map competitor hiring trends and compensation benchmarks to keep Navkiran Solar highly competitive.
- Retention Tracking: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience to drive early engagement and long-term retention.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA in Human Resources (required).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of core recruitment experience, with at least 1-2 years strictly focused on Sales Hiring (required).
