SAP Vertex Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Vertex Consultant with expertise in international tax and SAP & Vertex implementation. As a senior or lead -level consultant, you will work independently with our Systems Integrator (SI), internal IT teams, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have hands -on system experience and a strong background in international indirect tax, including US sales & use tax, VAT for EU & international country taxes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of SAP & Vertex Tax technology, including seamless integrations.

- Analyze and understand international indirect tax requirements, including US sales & use tax, VAT for EU & international country taxes.

- Collaborate with cross -functional teams, including SI, internal IT, and business stakeholders.

- Provide subject matter expertise in international tax laws and regulations.

- Configure and customize SAP & Vertex solutions to meet specific tax requirements.

- Perform testing and quality assurance of the implemented tax technology.

- Participate in workshops and provide training to end -users on the SAP & Vertex tax solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP & Vertex tax technology implementation.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience as an International Indirect Tax Consultant, handling US sales & use tax, VAT for EU & international country taxes.

- Hands -on experience in SAP & Vertex Tax technology implementation, including integrations.

- In -depth knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and lead tax technology projects.

- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP & Vertex solutions to meet tax requirements.

- Familiarity with SAP modules and tax determination processes.
