SAP Project Delivery Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Delivery Manager to lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects. The role requires strong project delivery, stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and a good understanding of SAP business processes.

The ideal candidate should have a Finance/business or Engineering background along with proven experience in SAP project delivery and rollout environments.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, project leads, deployment teams, and cross-functional teams.

Plan, coordinate, and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout activities.

Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration across business and technical teams.

-

Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and issues.

-

Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements.

-

Conduct regular project meetings and track action items, decisions, and project status.

-

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive appropriate mitigation plans.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes,



and action trackers.

Drive continuous improvement in SAP implementation and rollout processes.

Promote knowledge sharing and a collaborative working environment.

-

Follow established SAP project delivery methodologies, governance, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

-

Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Project Delivery / Project Management.

-

Proven experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.

-

Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management experience.

-

Positive understanding of SAP modules/business processes, preferably including:

- SAP FI/CO

-

PISA

-

CPH

-

MDM

-

Strong project planning, risk management, issue management, and reporting skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

-

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

-

Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).

-

Exposure to Flowright and/or Azure.

-

Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.

-

Experience working in large-scale global SAP rollout programs.

Educational Qualification

-

Bachelor’s degree + MBA in Finance, Business Administration,



IT, or a related field
OR

-

Engineering degree with relevant SAP project delivery experience.

-

MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage for candidates from an Engineering background.

Experience

5–7+ years of relevant experience in SAP Project Management / Project Delivery / SAP Implementation / Rollout.

Budget

Maximum CTC: ₹30–32 LPA

Multiple locations across India
