Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations, rollouts, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid functional expertise in SAP MM, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful SAP projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP MM module implementation and enhancement projects across various business units.

- Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, go-live, and post-go-live support.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, gap analysis, and propose SAP-based solutions.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate with functional and technical consultants across SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM, FI, PP).

- Oversee testing, training, data migration, and documentation processes.





- Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and compliance with internal governance.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP MM, with at least 3 years in a Project Management role.

- Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes including procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and invoice verification.

- Proven experience in leading SAP implementation or rollout projects.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).

- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.

- Experience in integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, WM) is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.

- Exposure to global SAP deployments and localization requirements.

- Ability to manage offshore/onsite delivery models.
