The system Analyst – SAP
Finance is responsible for the successful execution of projects and supporting
business users, that impact Align’s finances using the SAP ecosystem. This is a
hands-on, customer-facing role that requires deep functional & application
knowledge and the ability to work with business users across multiple
geographies.

Main Responsibility and Activities:

In this role, you will…

· System Design: Analyze and design information systems,
ensuring that they align with organizational goals and user needs.

· Functional Specifications: Develop detailed functional
specifications and documentation.

· System Configuration: Configure and customize systems based
on the gathered requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes and
best practices.

· Feasibility Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies to assess
the practicality and viability of proposed solutions.

· Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including
system specifications to support development and implementation efforts.

· Unitest: Conduct testing in dev workplace to ensure that
the systems meet quality standards and function as intended.

· Testing Support: Provide support during the testing phase in
low environments.

· System Maintenance: Support production support teams to
troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay current with processes and best
practices, recommending improvements to enhance system functionality and user
experience.

In this role, you’ll need …

· Prior experience in full scale, global SAP implementation.





· Experience working in a multi-currency environment

· Ability to effectively communicate with Business SME’s,
Technical IT team members and as well as End users across the globe (Excellent
verbal and written communication skills).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Team player with a strong ability to explain technical
issues to business users.

· Ability to assess customer needs and create product
requirements documentation.

· Makes effective decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with
incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure; uses a mixture
of analysis, experience, and process to reach conclusions.

· Must demonstrate a strong track record of delivering
results.

· Excellent presentation/oral communication skills.

Requirements

· Technical degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
required, Masters is a plus

· Minimum 3 plus years of SAP experience in CO with focus on
Product Costing, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders and
allocations.

· Minimum 2 plus years of SAP experience in FI (GL, AP, AR).

· Exposure to PTM (Plan-to-Make) and RTR (Record-to-Report) is
required

· Hands on experience providing solution for Make-to-Order
(MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) environment

· Understanding of Integration touch points with FI/SD/MM/PP
and other modules

· Minimum 1 full life cycle SAP Implementation (Global
implementation is preferred)

· Good knowledge on SAP’s best practices

· Experience with various phases of test cycle.
