Sales Manager - Software products & Services

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 7 – 10 years

Industry: IT Services / Digital Transformation / B2B Sales / Technology Solutions

About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for selling IT solutions such as digital transformation services, cloud services, AI/ML solutions, managed IT services, ERP/LMS platforms, digital content, cybersecurity, and application development. This role offers strong growth potential, performance-based incentives, and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and IT heads





- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution pitches for decision-makers

- Collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure successful project delivery

- Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills

- Strong B2B sales experience in IT services or technology solutions

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to understand complex technology offerings and client requirements

- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach

- Good spoken and written English with a confident personality

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
