We are seeking a proactive and results -driven Sales Coordinator/Executive to manage customer communications, generate leads, qualify prospects, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will create customer quotes, follow up with clients, deliver compelling presentations (both online and offline), and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with existing clients through calls and emails.
- Follow up on client queries and provide timely updates.
- Prepare and share customer quotations based on requirements.
- Take payment follow -ups from clients and update internal teams accordingly.
- Schedule meetings or demo sessions between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination and send meeting reminders.
- Join online meetings when required.
- Maintain our CRM with client communication details.
- Build and maintain strong, long -term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, technical) to ensure client requirements are included in the quotes.
- Share regular status updates with the Director.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Skills & Experience
- 0 - 3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Fresh Graduates can apply
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools/processes.
