Prajapati NexaTech Solutions is urgently hiring an Employee Training Executive / Corporate Trainer to train and guide new employees after joining.

Responsibilities:
- Train new employees after joining
- Explain company services including Web Development, Android App Development, Shopify Store Development, Cyber Security, SEO, Digital Marketing, CRM/ERP and IT Support
- Explain company website and service pages to new team members
- Prepare basic training sessions and onboarding material
- Guide employees about company workflow, reporting and communication process
- Coordinate with HR, management and department teams
- Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners
- Help employees understand their roles and responsibilities
- Maintain training records and joining updates
- Share daily training reports with management

Requirements:
- Good communication skills




- Confident speaking and presentation skills
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Good Hindi and basic English communication
- Ability to explain company services clearly
- HR, training, customer support or team coordination experience preferred
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
