We are hiring: Area Sales Managers (ASM) - Pan India

Industry: Small Home Appliances

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Managers to expand our sales network across India for our small home appliance range, including Electric Kettles, Toasters, Dry Irons, Steam Irons, Sandwich Makers, Induction Cooktops and other home appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and appoint new distributors, dealers and channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth.
- Manage distributor relationships, stock planning and payment follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve market presence.
- Conduct market visits and identify current business opportunities.
- Coordinate with retailers, distributors and internal sales teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor competitor activities,



pricing and market trends.
- Submit regular sales reports and territory updates.
- Experience in sales of small home appliances, consumer durables, electrical products or FMCG.
- Strong network with distributors, dealers and retailers in the assigned state/region.
- Good communication, negotiation and team-handling skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Minimum 3-7 years of relevant sales experience.

Salary: As per experience and performance

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
