Job Title: Business Development Executive - Plastic Compounds & Masterbatches

Location: Kundli (Near Narela Industrial Area), Haryana

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹1,10,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical, or related field preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities for Plastic Compounds and Masterbatches.
- Generate sales through manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify current markets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical, or related field preferred).




- Minimum 3 years of experience in Plastic Compounds or Masterbatches Sales.
- Experience in B2B Industrial Sales is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the plastic processing industry, polymers, and raw materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
