Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations_:
1. Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and maintenance.

2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

3. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Customer Service_:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

3. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
- Food and Beverage_:
1. Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

2. Maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.

3. Monitor inventory and control costs.
- Financial_:
1. Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and forecasting.

2. Monitor sales and revenue growth.

3. Control labor and operational costs.
- Staff Management_:
1. Recruit, train, and develop staff.

2. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
