About us: We're a premium UK men's-health and diagnostics brand specialising in hormone optimisation and clinician-reviewed blood testing. We're appointing a senior Hormone Specialist to handle specialist hormone consultations and act as the clinical advisor to our prescribing team.
The role:
- Conduct hormonal consultations with patients, providing expert assessment and guidance on hormone health and TRT
- Act as the clinical advisor and first point of reference for our prescribing team on all hormone matters, including TRT — complex cases, interpretation and treatment approaches
- Interpret hormone blood panels and shape evidence-based, individualised plans
- Support and strengthen our hormone protocols, standards and team training
- Work within our clinical governance and quality framework
You must have:
- Extensive expertise in hormone health and TRT — diagnosis, titration, monitoring (haematocrit, PSA), fertility counselling and formulation management
- Robust clinical qualifications and the professional registration required to consult and practise
- Demonstrable consultation experience (telehealth/remote a strong advantage)
- Excellent spoken and written English and a confident, professional consultation manner
- Premium, patient-centred standards aligned to a high-end brand
Rate: £50/hour - Remote - Sessional / contract
