Position: Performance Marketing Executive
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on Skills & Experience)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive allocation of ad spend.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and marketing strategies.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.
