Job Title:Growth Partnerships Lead (Field & Activation)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-agency, full-stack Growth Partnerships Lead who thrives at the intersection of real-world offline execution and cutting-edge digital sales technology. This is not a seated desk job. You will be the face of our business on the ground: spearheading physical activations, setting up high-touch B2B roadshows, and closing offline partnerships, while using up-to-date AI tools and CRM architectures to scale your efficiency.

You must be highly mobile, deeply comfortable with regular business travel, and possess the grit to navigate real-world commercial environments without a pre-written playbook.

Key Responsibilities (The Full-Stack Mandate)
- Offline Field Execution: Launch and run offline initiatives, corporate roadshows, and industry-specific events to capture high-value leads. You will own the entire physical footprint of these activations.
- High-Touch B2B Closing: Travel directly to prospective clients, partners, and event spaces to conduct face-to-face demonstrations,



negotiate agreements, and secure commitments.
- AI & Sales Tech Orchestration: Leverage modern sales technology (CRMs, automated outreach platforms, and generative AI productivity tools) to map markets, scrape hyper-targeted local leads, and optimize your pre-travel pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Optimization: Maintain full visibility over the entire funnel—blending localized field marketing insights with data-driven sales analytics to continuously improve conversion rates.
