We are seeking an Experienced Tender Execution skilled to lead our End-to-End Tendering lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting high-stakes bids on the GeM and CPPP portals while ensuring 100% Regulatory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Bid Management: Lead the full lifecycle of Government Tendering, including RFI/RFP/RFQ Handling, portal registration, and Tender Tracking.
- Bid Preparation: Compile comprehensive Technical, Financial, and Commercial Bids. Ensure all Tender Documentation is error-free and compliant.
- Portal Expertise: Demonstrate Strong Knowledge of Tender Portals, specifically the GeM Portal and CPPP, including product uploading and Reverse Auctions.
- Coordination & Liaison: Drive Stakeholder Coordination across internal departments and maintain a professional Liaison with Departments (buyers).
- Commercials & Contracts: Manage BOQ preparation, participate in Commercial Negotiation, and oversee post-award Contract Management.
- Reporting:



Maintain rigorous Deadline Management and provide detailed MIS Reporting on bid status and outcomes.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Skilled in Government Procurement: Deep understanding of the Procurement Process and official guidelines.
- Expertise in Documentation: Highly Proficient in Bid Submission with a "zero-error" mindset for compliance.
- Operational Excellence: Strong Cross-functional Coordination and Vendor Coordination skills.
- Strategic Analysis: Experienced in Tender Analysis and Bid Evaluation to maximize win rates.

What You’ll Need
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience specifically with the _GeM portal_.
- Tech Skills: Expert at preparing technical and commercial bids using _MS Excel, Word, and PDF tools._
- Knowledge: A solid grasp of government procurement rules and compliance.
- Soft Skills: Sharp attention to detail, great communication, and a knack for hitting deadlines.
