Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and supervise all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems within the resort.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and technical faults promptly.
- Monitor and maintain DG sets, water pumps, STP, borewell systems, and other utility equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, and equipment logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory maintenance standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Assist in planning and executing renovation and improvement projects.
- Ensure mínimal downtime of all resort facilities and equipment.





Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Certification in electrical safety or HVAC maintenance will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in hotels, resorts, hospitality, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities.
- Experience in handling electrical systems, generators, HVAC, plumbing, and preventive maintenance programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
