Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 engineers/designers.
- Develop and review 3D models, fabrication drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Perform FEA, structural stress, and airflow analysis for design optimization.
- Review drawings, provide technical guidance, and ensure configuration/document control.
- Drive product improvements, retrofit projects, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, vendors, and customers for design, manufacturing, and technical support.
- Maintain engineering documentation, ERP BOMs, revisions, and release processes.
- Support certification activities (UL, ISO, ASME, etc.) and vendor development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical/product design.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (3D & FEA) and AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
