About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of achieving monthly and annual online sales targets.
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce website.
- Monitor website performance, product listings, pricing and promotions.
- Ensure timely product uploads, content updates, and website maintenance.
- Drive online sales growth through campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO and social media activities.
- Generate quality leads and increase online brand visibility.
- Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data.
- Lead and coordinate with internal and external marketing teams/agencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM tools.
- Solid understanding of website management and conversion optimization.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
