Job Opening: Site Manager (Civil Engineering)

Shefield Construction, a reputed organization engaged in the construction of Petrol Pumps, Retail Outlets, and Gas Stations for leading Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) such as Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL), is looking for experienced professionals for the following position:
Position: Site Supervisor (Civil)

Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction of industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in PSU projects (IOCL/HPCL/BPCL/GAIL/RIL) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure quality of work and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor safety standards and project progress.
- Maintain site records, measurements, and reporting.

Location:
Projects across West Bengal and nearby states (as per project requirements).

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
