Hiring: Field Sales Officer

Role Details:*

Work Hours: 9 AM - 7 PM (market timings)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Requirement: Must own personal vehicle (travel allowance as per company policy)

Education:* Graduate preferred (any discipline).

Experience : 1-2 years in sales.

Salary & Benefits:*

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (based on interview & experience).

Travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities:*
- Build & maintain robust dealer/distributor/customer relationships.
- Promote & sell products across multiple categories (kitchen, bath,



construction).
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits, identify new opportunities, expand customer base.
- Provide product demos & technical guidance.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
