Job Summary

The Helper is responsible for assisting supervisors, technicians, and engineers in day-to-day operational activities, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and supporting various site and office-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Activities)
- Assist technicians, engineers, and supervisors in daily work activities.
- Load, unload, shift, and arrange materials, tools, and equipment as instructed.
- Support installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area, stores, and equipment.
- Carry materials and tools to designated work locations.
- Assist in packing, unpacking, and organizing inventory and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks within timelines.
- Assist in material handling, stock movement, and basic store activities.
- Ensure proper handling and safe use of tools and equipment.




- Support documentation activities such as obtaining signatures, delivering documents, and maintaining records when required.
- Report any unsafe conditions, damages, shortages, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of material handling.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- Physically fit and willing to work at sites and travel if required.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / ITI.
- Experience: Fresher or 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
