Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable legal and compliance services.
- Explain the company's services, pricing, and process in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with prospective clients and address their queries to facilitate conversions.
- Convert assigned leads into paying clients by building trust and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on the company's service offerings and relevant legal and regulatory developments.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused approach with solid relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage.:
