Area Sales Manager/RSM

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth within the assigned area.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set explicit performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement strategies for team development and motivation.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Operations:
- Monitor sales activities,



track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, distribution, and logistics to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other departments to support sales initiatives and promotional activities.
- Market Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the designated area.
- Develop and execute plans to penetrate new market segments and expand the customer base.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills&Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the agriculture equipment sector.
- Previous experience in Agrostar, Husqvarna, KisanKraft, IB Monotaro, RatnagiriImpex, Fortune Agro tech, Bonhoeffer Machines
