What you'll be doing:
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a QA Analyst with strong technical skills and solid backend experience within our Cross Border Payments division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Chennai, India. You will report directly to one of our QA Managers and regularly collaborate with teams. This role is mostly in manual testing, with a focus on functional, integration and regression, it also requires exposure to and understanding of Automation frameworks and object-oriented programming.

As a QA Analyst, you will be expected to work 5 days in office from our Chennai location. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Participating in story refinement sessions to help clarify requirements, identify risks, and propose clear, testable acceptance criteria.




- Analyzing business requirements and technical implementations to identify impacted areas and ensure appropriate test coverage across components and integrations.
- Designing and maintaining comprehensive QA test artifacts, including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Matrices, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Results documentation.
- Ensuring test cases provide full functional, integration, and regression coverage for recent features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
- Executing manual and automated test cases covering functional, UI, API, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Validating end-to-end business workflows across multiple systems and services.
- Performing backend validation using SQL queries, API responses, and system logs as needed.
- Maintaining and updating regression test suites based on implemented changes.
- Investigating issues identified during testing or reported from prod
