Key Responsibilities
- Core Responsibility: SYSTEM PROGRAMMING LINUX SERVICE RESTORATION IMPLEMENTATION NJ
- Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages
- Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and documentation
