Description:
- The SME will work closely with Learning & Development stakeholders, instructional designers, product teams, and technology partners to translate real-world field operations into engaging, scalable learning experiences. - Lead the functional design and implementation of the Field Force Learning Module. - Gather and document business requirements from sales, operations, and field teams. - Define learning journeys, competency frameworks, and role-based training paths. - Provide expertise on field workflows, sales processes, customer engagement, and operational best practices. - Collaborate with instructional designers to create:



- eLearning content - Assessments and quizzes - Scenario-based learning - Microlearning modules - Certification programs - Validate training content for accuracy, relevance, and business alignment. - Support LMS/LXP configuration and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Recommend KPIs and reporting metrics to measure learning effectiveness and field performance. - Assist with pilot launches, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and stakeholder workshops when required. - Ensure learning content complies with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
