Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development goals.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Lead generation and client relationship management experience.
- Good understanding of business development and sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with domestic or international clients.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, IT services, or software solutions is an advantage.
