Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Phase 9, Industrial Area)

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Supervise and coordinate all departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and manage the Social Media Team, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and UI/UX Designers.:
- Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Review and approve social media calendars, creatives, videos, and marketing campaigns before publication.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, HR, Development, and Design teams to execute business strategies.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and weekly review meetings with all teams.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Improve operational processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Track departmental KPIs and prepare operational reports.




- Resolve operational issues and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Manage resource allocation and workload distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients whenever required regarding project progress and deliverables.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience managing Social Media, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Creative teams.:
- Knowledge of digital marketing workflows and content planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,163.51 - ₹30,403.03 per mont
