Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be the face of Royal Guest PG Services. This is primarily a desk-based operational role with short, on-foot travel required to showcase properties to prospective clients.



You will manage the complete lifecycle of a resident—from their first call and physical room viewing to rent negotiation, data management, and resolving day-to-day living complaints.
- No. of Vacancies: 2 Positions (1 for Morning Shift, 1 for Evening Shift)
- Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
- Target Audience:Females and local residents are highly encouraged to apply.

Shift Timings & Strategy
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- _Note: There is a mandatory 4-hour overlap period (1:00 PM to 5:00 PM) where both executives will work together to ensure smooth operations and a seamless shift handover._
